Cancellation & No‑Show Policy

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Cancellation & No‑Show Policy outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and financial implications for clients who schedule online meetings or sessions with The Content Catalogz. These terms ensure fairness, protect reserved time, and maintain the quality and reliability of our services.

2. No‑Show Policy

If a client is unable to attend a scheduled online meeting, they may reschedule as long as they notify us before the agreed meeting time. When a client fails to attend without providing advance notice, The Content Catalogz reserves the right to retain the full payment for that session. If payment for the session has not yet been made and the client does not inform us of their inability to attend, the client may be invoiced in full for the missed meeting.

3. Cancellations Within 48 Hours

If a client cancels a scheduled session within 48 hours of the agreed start time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This fee reflects the time reserved, preparation completed, and the loss of the appointment slot.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time with no penalty. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may still be subject to a cancellation fee, depending on the nature of the session and the preparation already completed.

5. Payment Responsibilities for Missed or Late‑Cancelled Sessions

Late payments and refund rules are detailed in the Terms & Conditions under Section 5: Fees, Payment & Late Payments.

6. Exceptions

The Content Catalogz may, at its discretion, waive or adjust fees in cases of emergencies or exceptional circumstances. Such exceptions are assessed individually and are not guaranteed.

7. Agreement to Policy

By booking a session with The Content Catalogz, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Cancellation & No‑Show Policy.
