Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026Welcome to The Content Catalogz (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and related services (collectively, “Services”). By engaging our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Introduction
Welcome to The Content Catalogz (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and related services (collectively, “Services”). By engaging our Services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a service or purchasing a service package from The Content Catalogz, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. This acceptance indicates that the Client cannot dispute or reject these terms after services have commenced, including but not limited to, project outcomes, timelines, fees, and responsibilities outlined herein.
3. Scope of Services
The Company will provide Services as outlined in your chosen service package or as agreed upon in writing. All services will be performed professionally and to the best of our ability.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to all necessary assets, information, and approvals required for the delivery of Services. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines and outcomes.
5. Fees, Payment & Late Payments
Service Payments:
All services must be paid in full and within 30 calendar days of the
date provided on the Clients invoice. Payments can be made securely via our business website or through
another agreed-upon method.
Monthly Subscription Packages:
For clients on monthly subscription plans, payments are
billed in advance on a recurring basis. If a client chooses to cancel mid-month, The Content Catalogz will
retain the full payment for that billing period. To prevent being charged for the next billing cycle,
clients must provide a minimum of 7 days’ notice before their upcoming payment date. If notice is
given later than this, the next month’s payment will still be due in full.
Invoices
For clients who receive invoices rather than paying upfront, all invoices must
be paid within 30 calendar days of the issue date.
Payments made after the 30-day period will
automatically incur a £100 late payment fee.
This means, for example:
- A £399 basic package becomes £499 if paid after the 30-day window.
- A £799 premium package becomes £899 if paid late.
Continued late or non-payment may result in additional fees outside of the late payment fee, paused services, withheld deliverables, or termination of the agreement.
All payments are final, and refunds will only be granted where explicitly authorised by The Content Catalogz in writing.
6. No-Show Policy
If a client is unable to attend a scheduled online meeting, they may reschedule as long as they notify us before the agreed meeting time. When a client fails to attend without providing advance notice, The Content Catalogz reserves the right to retain the full payment for that session. If payment for the session has not yet been made, and the client does not inform us of their inability to attend, the client may be invoiced for the missed meeting in full.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours:
If a client cancels a scheduled session 48 hours before
the agreed start time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This reflects the time reserved and preparatory
work completed.
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
with no penalty. Any reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may still be subject to a
cancellation fee.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client will hold ownership of the final deliverables. The Company retains the right to use completed work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to achieve optimal results, The Content Catalogz cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to increased engagement, follower growth, sales conversions, or other performance metrics. Social media and digital marketing involve numerous external factors, including platform algorithm changes, market shifts, and audience behaviour, which may affect results. The Client acknowledges that these elements are beyond the Company’s control.
9. Confidentiality
The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the Client. Likewise, the Client agrees to respect the confidentiality of our strategies, methodologies, and intellectual property. Where applicable, formal contracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) will be provided to ensure mutual protection and clearly defined confidentiality obligations.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the Services with written notice as per the terms of the service agreement. In the event of termination, the Client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date. The Content Catalogz will provide all completed work agreed for that month up to the termination date, and delivery will continue through to the end of the current billing month where applicable.
11. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Content Catalogz from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of our Services, except in cases of proven negligence or misconduct.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our Services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
